动力精核苷可用作医药合成中间体,如制备一种新型的核苷类RNA聚合酶抑制剂在制备治疗肠病毒71(EV71)感染疾病药物。如果吸入动力精核苷,请将患者移到新鲜空气处;如果皮肤接触,应脱去污染的衣着,用肥皂水和清水彻底冲洗皮肤,如有不适感,就医;如果眼晴接触,应分开眼睑,用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗,并立即就医;如果食入,立即漱口,禁止催吐,应立即就医。Kinetin riboside是细胞分裂素类似物,可诱导癌症细胞死亡。抑制HCT-15细胞增殖的IC50值为2.5 μM。 IC50: 2.5 μM (HCT-15 cells) Kinetin riboside displays antiproliferative and apoptogenic activity against various human cancer cell lines. Kinetin riboside is able to inhibit the proliferation in HCT-15 human colon cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner (IC 50 =2.5 μM). Kinetin riboside induces apoptosis in HeLa and mouse melanoma B16F-10 cells. Kinetin riboside disrupts the mitochondrial membrane potential and induces the release of cytochrome c and activation of caspase-3. Bad are up-regulated while Bcl-2 is down-regulated under kinetin riboside exposure.
Kinetin riboside significantly suppresses tumor growth. The most effective anti-melanoma response is elicited at 40 mg/kg.
