钒酸钠。化学式Na3VO4。分子量183.94。无色六方系柱状晶体。熔点850~866℃。其十水合物为白色立方系或六方系晶体,其十六水合物为白色针状晶体,熔点866℃。能溶于水,不溶于乙醇。钒酸钠属于无机盐化合物,主要用作催化剂、油漆催干剂、媒染剂、缓蚀剂等,也用于制备其他钒盐。Sodium orthovanadate是蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶,碱性磷酸酶和一些ATP酶的抑制剂,最有可能充当磷酸盐类似物。 PPTPase. The process is hastened by boiling at pH 10, which encourages the kinetically sluggish depolymerization process. Sodium orthovanadate could alter the phosphorylation status of ASK1 at serine 83 and threonine 845 induced by ischemia. Sodium orthovanadate could increase the tyrosine posphorylation of PTEN and further inhibit the activation of ASK1 via activating Akt during cerebral ischemia.
